Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor South London | up to £55,000 Pension Healthcare Hours: 6am–2pm (Mon–Fri) | Global Chemical Company Exciting opportunity to join a world-class producing site. Lead maintenance for critical pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment while ensuring safe, reliable plant performance. What you’ll do Supervise and lead the maintenance team. Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs. Oversee installs and planned maintenance (SAP). Manage contractors and enforce safe systems of work (PTW). Support unit reliability and site improvement plans. About you Apprenticeship or NVQ in Engineering. Strong experience with pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery. ATEX exposure and COMAH site background ideal. Confident leader with strong communication and organisation skills.
