Temp Maths Teacher – Leicester Area (Immediate Start until Christmas) Location: Leicester and surrounding areas Hours: 37 per week Contract: Temporary, Immediate Start – Until Christmas Pay: £32 per hour Are you a passionate Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Temporary Maths Teacher to join a friendly secondary setting in the Leicester area. This is an immediate start position, running until Christmas , with potential for extension. The Role: Deliver engaging GCSE Maths and Functional Skills Maths lessons Plan, prepare, and assess work to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners Support students in achieving their target grades and building confidence in numeracy Work collaboratively with the department and wider school team ✅ The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience teaching Maths at GCSE and/or Functional Skills level Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate students DBS within 2 Years or on the Update Service Why Join Us?
