Seasonal Spa Facilitators Coordinator - Constantia

Spa at a Luxury Hotel in Constantia, Cape Town is seeking a highly organised, professional and energetic Seasonal Spa Facilitators Coordinator to join their spa team for the summer season (October – February). This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for wellness . Spa therapy experience would be a strong advantage. Duties: Coordinate daily scheduling of spa facilitators and treatment rooms Ensure smooth workflow and optimal therapist utilisation Assist with guest check-ins and appointment management Liaise with the spa manager, therapists, and front desk to ensure excellent client service Oversee cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas Handle guest requests, feedback, and general queries professionally Support inventory checks and basic administrative tasks Requirements: Grade 12 Previous experience in spa operations, hospitality coordination, or wellness environments Spa therapy experience (advantageous) Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and time management Professional, calm, and guest-focused demeanour Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
