Job Description

Description: Manage and oversee the accounts receivable (debtors) process to ensure timely collection of payments. Manage and oversee accounts payable (creditors) to ensure accurate and timely payments. Prepare, issue, and track invoices using Sage software. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management. Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all office operations. Maintain and update company records, including customer, supplier, and employee information. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth financial and administrative processes. Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting as required. Requirements: Proven experience in administration and finance management, including debtors, creditors, and invoicing. Proficiency in Sage accounting software is essential. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration advantageous.
