Assistant Head of Junior School (Technology & Innovation) Location: Singapore | Dulwich College (Singapore) | Teaching Overview We are seeking an inspiring and forward‑thinking Assistant Head of Junior School (Technology & Innovation) to join our leadership team in August 2026 and help shape the next chapter of our digital journey. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary and pragmatic leadership that enhances student learning and supports teachers through intelligent use of technology. Design and lead initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning and improve staff efficiency. Manage key operational systems for the Junior School, including timetable design. Collaborate with colleagues across the College and the wider EiM group to contribute to strategic developments that have impact beyond the Junior School. Qualifications & Skills Strong technical literacy and a deep understanding of pedagogy. Experience in translating complex systems into practical solutions. Familiarity with educational platforms such as iSAMS, SchoolBox, ASC Timetable and Microsoft 365 (direct experience not required; proven ability to learn similar tools quickly). Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills. Ability to model teaching excellence and maintain a connection between strategic leadership and the student learning experience. Specialist subject teaching experience aligned with your skills and passion.
