Program Leader

As a Program Leader at Close Up Foundation, you will be at the forefront of our mission to foster a deeper understanding and engagement in democracy among young people. You will lead, design, and implement educational programs that empower students from diverse backgrounds to participate actively in civic life. Working closely with educators, policymakers, and community leaders, you will enhance our curriculum and ensure it aligns with today's educational needs while remaining true to our commitment to promote civic awareness and participation among the youth. Develop and manage educational programs focused on civic engagement and political awareness. Collaborate with schools, educators, and community organizations to tailor programs that meet their unique needs and maximize impact. Train and mentor staff and volunteers on effective program delivery and engagement strategies. Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and data analytics. Ensure all program initiatives align with the foundation's mission and compliance standards. Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure sustainability and reach of programs. Stay updated with current educational and political trends to incorporate relevant content into the programs.
