As a Care Team Manager, you’ll not only support residents, but also lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring both quality care and smooth operations in the home. *What Can I Expect as a Care Team Manager?* As a Care Team Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential program and lead a team of DSPs.
