Cover Supervisor - Wirral Prospero Teaching are working with a number of secondary schools across the Wirral who are seeking confident and professional Cover Supervisors to join their teams. The successful candidates will deliver pre-prepared lessons during teacher absences, ensuring classes remain focused and productive throughout the school day. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching, or experienced school support staff looking to take on additional classroom responsibility in a secondary school setting. The successful candidate will: Have experience working with young people in a school or educational setting Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining engagement Be adaptable and able to cover a range of subjects Hold a degree or relevant qualification (desirable but not essential) CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS * Location - Wirral * Position - Cover Supervisor * Type of work - Classroom supervision / delivering pre-set work * Start date - As soon as possible * Contract type - Temporary * Full time/part time - Full time * Minimum rate of pay - £90 - £120 per day * Hours - 8:30am to 3:30pm TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: * Hold Right to Work in the UK * Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application * Provide two professional references For more information about the role or how Prospero Teaching can help you secure your next position, please contact Patrick at Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
