Building Surveyor

We’re growing our Building Surveying team in Liverpool and are looking for a Building Surveyor to join us. If you want the chance to work with prestigious clients, deliver a mix of project and professional work, and progress beyond Senior level, we’d like to hear from you. What you’ll be doing with us: Working across a broad range of instructions – dilapidations, condition surveys, defect analysis, feasibility reports, party wall, design/specifications and JCT contract admin. Leading projects and acting as the main point of contact for our clients. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as our team continues to expand. Helping us strengthen long-standing client relationships and build new ones. What we’re looking for: MRICS Chartered (or close to achieving it). Experience across commercial, retail or education sectors. A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed.
