What you’ll do As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with market-leading organisations across the UK’s Highways and Building Services sectors. You will: Learn from experienced recruitment specialists and develop deep technical market expertise Build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates Progress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role within 6–12 months (for trainee hires) Conduct market research and identify new recruitment opportunities Engage with both active and passive candidates across your specialist sector Offer expert advice and guidance based on your recruitment knowledge and insights Whether you’re experienced in recruitment or ready to start your career, we’ll give you the support, structure, and development you need to thrive.
