The Role You’ll take ownership of developing new business and nurturing existing employer relationships to drive apprenticeship growth across the region. Your day-to-day will include: * Identifying and converting new business opportunities. * Managing key accounts to increase growth and retention. * Representing the organisation at meetings, events, and networking sessions. * Supporting bid and tender submissions, and contributing to marketing initiatives. * Achieving monthly and annual sales targets in a supportive, goal-driven team. The Ideal Candidate You’ll bring proven experience in business development, ideally within the apprenticeship or skills sector, along with a genuine passion for education and learning. You’ll need: * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Confidence in building lasting client relationships. * A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Midlands.
