Job As the Business Development Manager for the East Midlands, you’ll focus on growing employer partnerships and promoting apprenticeships across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include: * Proactively identifying and securing new employer partnerships across multiple sectors. * Promoting apprenticeship and training solutions that meet employer workforce needs. * Conducting employers needs analysis to tailor bespoke solutions. * Managing the end-to-end sales process from first contact to learner enrolment. * Achieving and exceeding apprenticeship start and revenue targets. * Building long-term relationships that ensure repeat business and referrals. Ideal Candidate To be successful, you will have: * Proven experience in Apprenticeship Sales, Education Sales, or Employer Engagement. * A strong record of achieving apprenticeship start or commercial sales targets. * Excellent communication and consultative sales skills. * Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, ESFA funding, and sector requirements. * A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach. * The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with employers across the East Midlands. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
