Job As the Business Development Manager, you’ll lead new business activity and account management across the East Midlands, helping employers access high-quality training and apprenticeships. In this role you will: * Develop and manage a pipeline of employer leads and partnerships. * Promote apprenticeship opportunities across multiple sectors, including Business Services, Health & Social Care, and Digital. * Conduct employer visits and present solutions tailored to workforce development needs. * Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding. * Meet and exceed apprenticeship start and sales targets. * Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums. Ideal Candidate You will bring: * Proven success in Apprenticeship Sales or Employer Engagement. * A consistent record of meeting or exceeding apprenticeship start targets. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong knowledge of government funding, apprenticeship standards, and the education sector. * The ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships. * A consultative, relationship-focused sales approach. * Confidence working independently and managing your regional territory.
