Cover Supervisor (Training)

Take your first step into teaching with Local Education as a Cover Supervisor in Rayleigh. This role is ideal for graduates, sports coaches, youth workers, or anyone with transferable experience working with young people. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared lessons, and maintain a positive learning environment. There is no lesson planning or marking required, making it a great introduction to teaching.
