Employment Coach

Location: West London (Community Based with flexiblability) Salary: £29,000 - £38,000 per annum (based on experience) We are looking for Employability Specialists to work with clients, health professionals, service providers and employers to support people back into employment. The Role: As an Employment Specialist, you will be focused on making sure a person’s journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible. * You will work remote and in the community with clients (managing a caseload) who have a range of needs and assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. * If you are a confident communicator who has worked in a customer facing or person centred role and want to make a real difference to people across West London, then we want to hear from you.
