Luxury Hospitality Group based in Constantia, Cape Town is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and shape the people strategy at a company that values innovation, collaboration and growth. As the HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy , ensuring alignment with business goals and cultivating a workplace where innovation and collaboration flourish. Duties: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding. Provide expert guidance on labour relations, ensuring compliance with the Labour Relations Act and other applicable regulations. Foster a culture of continuous learning through training programs and career development opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and create a supportive work environment. Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives. Requirements: Grade 12 A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 7 years proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the hospitality, wine, or related industries. In-depth knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to HR operations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
