Job Description

Inbound DMC based in Constantia, Cape Town is seeking an energetic, driven and meticulous Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Marketing & Communications team in delivering high-quality visual assets that align with the company’s luxury safari and conservation brands. This role involves designing for both digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency and assisting in creative projects that enhance customer engagement and brand storytelling. Duties: Create digital and print design assets including brochures, presentations, advertisements, social media content, infographics, and newsletters. Support the marketing team in developing campaign visuals and branded templates. Edit and retouch photos to ensure quality and consistency across platforms. Maintain and update brand guidelines in collaboration with the design team. Assist in brainstorming and conceptualising creative campaigns. Keep up to date with design trends, eco-tourism and luxury travel branding. Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Bonus: After Effects/Premiere Pro and Figma. Strong eye for layout, colour, and typography. Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities (student/entry-level work acceptable). Interest in sustainability, conservation, and luxury travel will be advantageous. Creativity and innovation. Attention to detail. Team player with strong communication skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
