What You’ll Be Doing: Content Creation & Social Media Management Develop creative and engaging content for Facebook and TikTok Build and manage online communities to boost brand awareness Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies Campaign Planning & Execution Conceptualize and implement visually impactful advertising campaigns Coordinate campaigns across mall spaces and outdoor media channels Ensure campaigns are aligned with branding and marketing goals Website & Digital Optimization Maintain and enhance websites and landing pages Improve user experience and increase conversion rates through continuous optimization Video Production Oversight Lead end-to-end video production – from concept development to final shoot Ensure all video content reflects brand identity and engages target audiences Marketing Support & Collaboration Contribute to marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects Work closely with internal teams to support company-wide campaigns Who We’re Looking For: Educational Background A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience Minimum 1 year of hands-on marketing experience Proven skills in social media management and executing digital campaigns Core Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and storytelling abilities A creative mindset with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Why Join Us?
