Senior Campaigns & Communications Manager – £67 000 Fixed term Maternity cover. Hybrid Working: Min. 3 office & 2 working from home. Offices near Euston. Are you a dynamic communicator with the drive to shape campaigns, lead a team and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Campaigns & Communications Manager to take the lead on high-profile campaigns and communications from the central London office. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety – one day you’ll be drafting media briefings for senior leaders, the next you’ll be steering a social media campaign, briefing MPs, or shaping strategy to support members across the UK and Ireland. What you’ll be doing: * Driving bold, creative campaigns that get noticed and deliver results. * Generating positive media coverage, writing press releases, articles etc. * Leading digital communications – ensuring the website and social channels engage, inform, and inspire. * Building relationships with politicians, media, members and external partners to advance key priorities. * Overseeing a talented team of campaigns and comms officers, providing leadership and direction. * Producing high-quality content – from newsletters and toolkits to posters, reports and consultation responses. * Coordinating national recruitment initiatives and ensuring consistent, inclusive communications across the UK and Ireland. * Representing the organisation at meetings and events, from local branches to parliament. We are seeking a confident leader who can juggle multiple projects, deliver clear and compelling communications and think strategically about how campaigns can make maximum impact. You’ll need strong writing skills, political awareness, and the ability to connect with a diverse range of audiences.
