Behaviour Support Worker - Sonning ASAP Start - Full-Time Position Are you a graduate or aspiring professional looking to build experience working with children with behavioural challenges and additional needs? A friendly and inclusive specialist school in Sonning is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people aged 4 to 16 with Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH), and other behavioural difficulties. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work alongside teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a safe and structured learning environment that promotes emotional regulation, self-confidence, and academic engagement.
