Job Title:Site Manager Project: School Refurbishment Project Location: Reigate Rate: £300 - £340 per day Start: 13th–21st October for 25 weeks We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £1.3m internal refurbishment project at a live college near Reigate. The project goes live in mid-October and involves creating new classrooms through an internal transformation. Project scope includes: * Structural steel frame (hot or cold rolled, subject to engineer’s design) * Partitions and classroom conversions * General internal refurbishment (no external works) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing SME contractor with a close-knit, family feel. You’ll report directly to the Director or Contracts Manager and have the chance to move on to future projects upon completion of this scheme.
