Cordstrap, based in Oostrum, is currently seeking a driven Customer Service Representative for the Spanish market. As a Customer Service Representative at Cordstrap, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to all customers in Spain. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while collaborating with internal teams to address orders, product inquiries, and financial matters. Your key responsibilities are: Act as the first point of contact for customers in Spain, ensuring a positive experience; Manage incoming orders and calls, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system; Serve as the primary contact for product and sales information; Achieve KPIs and identify root causes of customer issues; Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader for the designated market. What we like to see in you. You are customer-focused, have a strong understanding of your customers’ needs, and excel at prioritizing and problem-solving. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration, are eager to learn, and have a can-do attitude. In addition, you possess: A completed Mbo or Hbo Bachelor; Internship and/or work experience in a similar role is a plus; Strong organizational skills; Fluent command of Spanish and English; Full-time availability.
