UI/UX Designer Responsibilities Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our investment and backoffice platforms. Collaborate closely with developers to implement and refine UI components. Translate business and user needs into Wireframes, Mock-Ups, and Prototypes. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user flows. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX and interface design. Requirements Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on web platforms or digital products. A portfolio demonstrating skills in web and mobile UI Design . Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and design systems. Experience collaborating with development teams and working within agile methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions. Advanced English is a must. Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of Web Development is a plus (not mandatory) Work Location R.
