Talent Acquisition Junior

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Junior to join our People team and help us attract and develop top talent across Brazil. What you will focus on: Support the full recruitment cycle for entry- and mid-level positions for operations team Post job openings on different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media). Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process. What we are looking for: 1 year of experience with hiring process; Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, tenacious, personable and articulate. Advanced English
