Know more: Keeta Website Job Responsibilities Help design and improve delivery strategies to make sure customers get the best experience, including on-time delivery rate, NPS, customer satisfaction, and order fulfillment rate. Support in creating fair and effective rider evaluation plans that match different business needs. Contribute to improving rider performance through training, incentive programs, and clear guidelines. Monitor and analyze delivery data, spot issues, and suggest solutions to keep operations running smoothly. ✅ Requirements: This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026. Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team. Strong problem-solving skills. Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making. ✨ Why join us?
