LOCATION and REPORT LINE Location: North SydneyReporting to: Country Manager of subordinates: 2 MAIN MISSIONS As the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing the brand strategy for Bel Brands Australia. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and growth of Babybel and The Laughing Cow, feed into the future innovation pipeline and develop consumer centric strategies and plans while owning brand P&Ls. This position demands a dynamic, strategic and creative thinker capable of driving performance and building brand equity across various brands and channels across Australia & NZ. Main Responsibilities Brand Strategy Development and Execution Define and implement long term strategy to elevate brand growth, awareness and strengthen our positioning in the healthy snacking category.Lead the development of annual brand plans, including marketing objectives, key initiatives and activations, innovation and success metrics.Marketing Campaign Development and ExecutionOversee the end-to-end management of brand campaigns, both ATL & BTL from briefing to final reportingGuide creative development, messaging, and execution across digital, social media, retail and traditional media platforms.Ensure campaign KPIs are met and own the A&P budget to help deliver campaigns within allocated budgetConsumer Insights & Market ResearchIn close cooperation with Sales and Category, analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.Analyse scan and panel data to make data driven decisions on growth plansLead research projects to explore new NPD or category launches including concept tests, U&As and brand health trackersTeam Leadership & CollaborationMentor and lead a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, global teams and partners to streamline operations and achieve brand objectives.Be the voice of Marketing in local Commercial Leadership Team discussions and planningBe the point of escalation in times of crises or issuesFinancial ManagementManage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Closely manage P&L to provide insight into portfolio mapping and range optimisationValidate new NPDs based on key financial metricsInnovation ManagementCollaborate with internal R&D, factories, artwork and supply chain teams on new launches and innovation strategies.Define innovation pipeline based on key consumer insightsEnsure all NPDs follow brand guidelines on visual identity and pack artworkRetailer EngagementWork closely with Sales & Category on range reviews, sell-in decks, retail media plans and shopper toolsInternal & External CommunicationManage calendar for internal communication on Yammer and engage PR & media teams on building corporate brand externally REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG MarketingStrong understanding of brand management principles and marketing communication strategies.Proficient in using Circana or Nielsen data toolsProficient in Microsoft Office toolsExceptional communication and leadership skills.Creative problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Global mindset and adaptabilityBalance of strategic mindset & executional skills If you think that this job is for you, please click now on the button "Apply".
