About Eyes of Hope Eyes of Hope provides free eye care and glasses to homeless and vulnerable populations through mobile clinics. Our clinics rely on volunteers to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Role OverviewThe Lead Clinic Manager oversees all Clinic Managers, ensuring clinics operate efficiently and consistently. This role involves training, communicating updates, and collaborating with the clinic admin team to improve processes. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise existing and train new Clinic Managers across all locations.Conduct quarterly training sessions and onboard new Clinic Managers.Communicate procedural updates and ensure compliance.Collaborate with clinic admin to improve workflows and efficiency.Oversight of Clinic rostering (clinic managers, heroes and Optometrists) and weekly email to Rostered teamConduct recruitment of new clinic managers when clinic frequency increaseEnsure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are regularly reviewed and kept up to date.Gather feedback and implement improvements. RequirementsStrong leadership, organization, and communication skills.Experience in clinic operations, healthcare, or volunteer management.Ability to oversee multiple clinics and coordinate teams effectively.
