Role Overview: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that drive engagement, storytelling, and conversion across MAA’s digital and print channels. From social media graphics and campaign banners to print brochures and event branding, this role is pivotal in producing creative that reflects our values, deepens supporter engagement, and enhances campaign impact. Working closely with the broader Marketing team, the Graphic Designer will bring MAA’s campaigns to life by designing on-brand, compelling, and purpose-driven visuals that support our fundraising, advocacy, and awareness goals. Key Responsibilities: Design campaign collateral including social graphics, website banners, ads, and printed materials. Develop visual assets with a clear focus on engagement and conversion for fundraising and advocacy campaigns. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels. Collaborate with the Multimedia Producer to ensure alignment between static and motion content. Work with the Marketing team to brainstorm creative solutions across social, web, paid media, and print. Contribute to the creative direction and execution of campaign assets, including brochures, posters, reports, and event branding. Prioritise accessibility and clarity in design for diverse audiences About You: You’re a creative thinker with a strong visual eye and a deep appreciation for storytelling through design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects without compromising on quality. You care about making a difference and are passionate about using your design skills to support humanitarian causes. You’re also someone who understands the role of design in performance — how the right colours, layouts, and messages can move people to act, donate, and engage. You’re collaborative, feedback-driven, and committed to producing work that aligns with MAA’s mission and ethics.
