Role Overview: The Marketing Associate – Digital Ads/SEO plays a key role in driving fundraising outcomes and supporter acquisition through the strategic management of digital marketing performance. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimising campaign delivery across paid, organic, and direct channels — including advertising, SEO, email, and SMS. Highly analytical and results-focused, the Performance Management Officer monitors performance metrics, identifies opportunities for growth, and ensures all campaigns are aligned with ROI and donor engagement goals. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the role ensures marketing efforts are data-informed, efficient, and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Optimise campaigns for ROI, donor acquisition cost, and conversion across all channels Oversee and implement SEO strategy and performance, including technical and content SEO Lead the execution and performance tracking of email and SMS campaigns, working closely with donor care to setup automations and drive donor LTV Desing & Implement marketing automation flows to drive donor acquisition and retention Coordinate with creative and agency partners to test and scale campaigns Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting Identify new growth channels and tactics to expand reach About You: You’re a results-driven marketer who thrives on using data to make informed decisions. With a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, you know how to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, organic, and direct channels. You’re comfortable managing multiple platforms, liaising with creative and agency teams, and diving deep into performance metrics to drive growth. You’re also someone who understands the importance of donor experience and lifetime value, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact through meaningful, measurable marketing work.
