Job Description

The role Join a growing, high-performing marketing team as Brand Manager, where you’ll drive the Budget Direct brand across TV, radio, digital, outdoor, and social media. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be involved in all stages of TV production, from briefing and research to filming and post-production. You’ll also lead multi-channel campaigns, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and maximum impact. What You’ll Do Develop, implement, and optimize brand campaigns across all channels. Lead TV ad production: script approvals, on-set presence, and post-production oversight. Partner with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Underwriting, Media) and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and project plans. Drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging AI tools and marketing automation. Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations. Work with external research providers to monitor the brand and provide insight to the business to guide the brand strategy. What experience you’ll bring 8 years in brand, ATL, or marketing roles with proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns. Experience in financial services marketing (insurance experience highly regarded). Strong stakeholder engagement and agency management skills. Advanced analytical, reporting, and financial management capabilities. Creative flair with strong copywriting ability. Tertiary qualification in marketing, commerce, business, or a related discipline.
