As a Clinical Manager you will have an opportunity to provide effective leadership and foster a health and safe workplace for all residents, staff and volunteers at the home, so that residents receive quality caring services and are supported through an ageing in place model that encourages them to enjoy life in a supportive community environment. Ability to provide a service consistent with the mission and philosophy of the home. Ability to provide services as leader of a health care team that are client focussed and perform duties efficiently and promptly. Ability to undertake role of Infection prevention and Control lead. Ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members. Ability to maintain a working knowledge and understanding of relevant policies and procedures and use these in work practices. Demonstrate application of safe practices (manual handling, hazard identification). Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) is mandatory Why become part of the St Vincent's Care family?
