Job Description

Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the L&D Trainer is all about building confidence, capability and customer excellence. You’ll deliver onboarding and upskilling experiences for our frontline and customer-facing teams with a focus on home and motor insurance. You'll be part of a supportive team, working with modern learning tools and making sure every team member feels ready to thrive from day one. Key Responsibilities Deliver energising induction and upskilling sessions that build product knowledge, service skills, and confidence Track learner progress, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement Use tech tools like LMS platforms and virtual training systems to deliver interactive learning experiences Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and engagement insights Keep training content up to date with business changes and learner needs Be a voice for learners - gather feedback, spot skill gaps and suggest improvements to drive growth What experience you’ll bring Essential Strong facilitation skills A solid understanding of how people learn, with knowledge of adult learning principles Top-tier communication and organisation skills Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or service-driven environment A team-first mindset, with the ability to self-manage and adapt to change Desirable Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) Background or certification in Financial Services Location - This role is open at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations, giving you the flexibility to choose the office that suits your lifestyle. Travel between sites will be required. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options while our North Lakes offices are within walking distance of some of the north side’s best retail locations.
