We are currently seeking a Case Coordinator to work in the field of litigation support. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates seeking to gain experience in the legal field. Position Overview: This position requires individual to assist records team with obtaining documentation required for pending litigation. This position requires a high level of detail and follow-up along with professional internal and external communication. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate retrieval of medical, employment or other records External communication to custodians and updating client portal Maintain detailed notes regarding correspondence Ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of data EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors, Associates Degree and/or Paralegal certificate Related experience in health or legal industry a plus Professional communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals Adaptable to a fast-paced environment Employment contingent upon successful completion of national criminal background check and drug screen.
