This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and experience working with children in the UK. GULFD The Role As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll: * Support students * Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education * Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour * Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment Ideal Candidates * Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience) * Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care * Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content * Experience in SEMH Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.
