Apprentice Quantity Surveyor | Consultancy | Bristol | £20,000 An established and highly respected construction consultancy is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in their career to gain hands-on experience while working towards a professional qualification within a supportive and structured environment. The Role As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist senior team members in delivering cost management services across a range of exciting projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, education and infrastructure. You will be supported through your studies and gain exposure to both pre- and post-contract stages of projects. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, and contract administration Assisting with project budgeting and cost control Attending client and site meetings with senior colleagues Helping with the preparation of valuations and final accounts Gaining experience with standard forms of contract such as JCT and NEC About You A genuine interest in construction and the built environment Strong numerical and communication skills Proactive, organised and eager to learn Ideally working towards or planning to undertake a Quantity Surveying-related qualification (e.g. HNC/HND or a Degree Apprenticeship) Right to work in the UK and committed to a long-term career in consultancy Why Apply?
