We are looking for those with a strong background working with SEN students. Roles & Responsibilities Support learning - Help deliver lessons and assist students in understanding and completing work. Aid individual and group progress - Provide targeted help to students with varying abilities and needs. Maintain a positive classroom environment - Promote good behavior, safety, and engagement. Assist the teacher - Prepare materials, organize activities, and support classroom management. Promote student well-being - Encourage confidence, independence, and inclusion.
