Sales and Technical Administrator Normanton - Fully Site Based £24,000 - £26,000 8.30am - 5pm Your new role An expanding business based in Castleford is seeking a graduate-calibre Customer Service / Technical Sales Administrator. The company specialises in supplying products primarily to the electrical wholesale and plumbers merchant markets. Role Overview: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Enter sales orders accurately (System training will be provided) Coordinate with customers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to monitor and update order and delivery statuses Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services during customer interactions Prepare and send quotations as requested Address basic technical questions and provide straightforward solutions Offer administrative support to the field sales team as needed Build and maintain effective working relationships, resolving issues efficiently Record debit transactions in the customer service system Track outstanding debits, arrange product collections, and gather relevant information as required.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
