Business Studies Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join a school in the Kendal area on a part-time, long-term basis. The local area’s economic well-being is supported by providing courses for adults to help them get back into the job market and improve their employment chances. In addition, the college staff helps develop and support entrepreneurial activity amongst full-time students. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective Business Studies lessons across KS3, KS4, and A-Level. * Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to students’ needs. * Assess and provide constructive feedback on student work in line with school policies. * Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. * Support the department in curriculum planning and development. The ideal candidate will: * Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. * Have proven experience teaching Business Studies across multiple key stages, including A-Level if possible. * Be passionate about business education and committed to student success. * Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students. * Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
