Lead the definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it. Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking. Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates. Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work. Develop and execute strong go-to-market strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.
