About The Role The Australian Tennis Foundation (ATF) aims to inspire brighter futures for disadvantaged children and young people through tennis. As the Official Charity of Tennis Australia and the Australian Open, we use tennis as a vehicle to reduce social disadvantage and increase social cohesion. As the Social Impact Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Foundation's programming and partnership commitments, ensuring operational excellence while directly contributing to measurable community impact outcomes In this role you will be responsible for: Support the design, delivery, and administration of ATF grant programs, ensuring strategic impact, efficient management of funding, compliance with contractual and budgetary obligations, and robust reporting on outcomes.Lead the operational delivery of ATF programs by ensuring legal and governance compliance, managing partnerships and stakeholders, budgets and project plans.Manage grant recipient reporting by providing templates, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and collating project data to support outcome reporting and reconciliations.Coordinate the ATF communications calendar in collaboration with the Content team, delivering social media content for ATF channels and Tennis Australia website. About You To be successful in this role you will: Experience in operational program support, preferably in the sports or non-profit sectorsDemonstrated experience in grant administration and funding program processesStrong project management skills, including developing and monitoring of project plans, timelines and budgetsExperience in data collection, collation and basic data analysis for impact reportingFamiliarity with social media scheduling tools and basic digital content managementExcellent stakeholder managements skills, with strong written and verbal communicationHold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children CheckPreparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
