What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience after apprenticeship completion Strong knowledge and practical ability in stick-built construction Willingness to lead a team High standards of workmanship and attention to detail Commitment to safety and quality on every project Key Carpenter Skill Sets Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing timber and structural frameworks Efficient use power tools and hand tools Finishing work including doors, windows, skirtings and architraves Problem solving on-site and adapting Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality carpentry work on residential builds and developments Supervise and train apprentice team members Ensure all work complies with Australian Building Standards and OH&S requirements Maintain a safe, clean, and organised worksite at all times Why Join Urbanised Homes?
