Job summary: Flexible hours available Expected salary: $25 - $50 per hour Join a Creative Events Team – Work Directly with the Owner! We’re looking for a dynamic and reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to support the owner of a growing wedding and events business (Ghost Booth Events). This is not your typical social media gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the team , not just ticking tasks off a list. You’ll work directly with the owner to help manage content from our weddings and events, edit short videos, post on socials, and keep our digital presence looking sharp and on-brand. What you’ll be doing: Join our team group chats to stay in the loop about recent events Pull content from iCloud and upload it to Google Drive post event Curate Instagram Stories using event highlights and tag vendors Edit event content and write engaging captions Manage TikTok and Instagram feed posts Ensure every event is shared online (unless otherwise advised) Suggest fun campaign ideas and help grow our online presence About you: You’re organised, reliable, and easy to communicate with You have an eye for good content and branding You can use Canva, InShot, CapCut or similar apps comfortably You're a proactive thinker, not just an executor You’re happy to work independently but collaborate closely with the founder This is a flexible freelance/part-time role perfect for someone who loves weddings, social media, and behind-the-scenes magic.
