Job Description

The role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loyalty & Rewards Coordinator to join our Customer Marketing & Platforms team. Reporting to the Head of Loyalty and Engagement, you will play a key role in delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns and enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program. This is a hands-on role that combines campaign coordination, stakeholder management and creative input, with plenty of opportunity to bring ideas to life and directly impact customer retention and experience. What you’ll be doing: Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, Push, direct mail, digital, contact centre) to acquire more members and encourage redemptions in the program. Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Enhancing the Budget Direct Rewards program through partner collaboration, communications, and tactical offers. Writing and coordinating content, ensuring alignment with brand tone, guidelines as well as Compliance, Privacy and Spam Act obligations. Supporting campaign reporting and insights to measure performance and inform future activity. Maintaining and optimising automated customer journeys within the CRM. Manage the customer support queries relating to the Rewards program. What experience you’ll bring Degree qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline. Strong communication skills with attention to detail and creative copywriting ability. Proven experience coordinating campaigns across multiple channels. Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn insights into action. A collaborative, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for enhancing customer experience. Experience with other loyalty programs and insurers is preferred but not essential.
