Finance Risk Lead Analyst, Vice President Finance Risk Lead Analyst, Vice President – Citi Singapore Finance Risk Lead Analyst, Vice President We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Finance Risk Lead Analyst, Vice President. Based in Changi Business Park, Singapore, the role provides resources to meet individual needs, supports healthy decision-making and financial well-being, and offers development opportunities through on-the-job training and interaction with senior leaders. Responsibilities : Develop a risk management strategy for the Finance function, focusing on the identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks related to the management of organizational capital resources across Citi. Ensure compliance with all risk-related regulatory requirements and maintain a robust risk control framework. Conduct independent assurance reviews in risk management, identify potential risks, and recommend enhancements to the risk position. Devise and maintain risk policy and procedure governance documents, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide risk identification, monitoring, and reporting roles and responsibilities. Enhance the governance structure for managing financial risks, including measurement, monitoring, and control of risks across financial asset positions. Monitor risk reports and indicators, identify significant risk movements, and address potential financial risks to safeguard Citi’s financial stability. Assist in consolidating and reviewing risk-related materials for committees, ensuring accurate risk measurement and reporting. Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders, management, regulators, and Internal Audit to support Citi’s financial stability and profitability. Contribute to the development of controls and automation across the reporting process to ensure consistent and accurate risk reporting. Foster a strong control environment within the team and promote a culture of high performance, compliance, and effective risk management aligned with Citi’s objectives. Qualifications : 6-10 years of experience Prior experience in Finance, Treasury, Risk or Audit functions is required Experience managing large datasets and deriving insights for risk metrics Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and market risk Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Tableau, SQL, SP&P CapIQ/SNL, or Bloomberg is a plus Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable presenting and articulating complex problems and solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to review large data sets Attention to detail with the ability to explain complex concepts simply Strong project management skills with cross-functional program delivery experience Conceptual thinker and problem-solver Strong audit instincts and independent judgment in business practices Ability to manage work independently and drive multiple deliverables Ability to effectively challenge first line and escalate issues when appropriate Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred Additional finance-focused education or certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, FRM) beneficial Working at Citi is more than just a job.
