Location: Modena, IT | Job Family: Parts Sales | Job Type: Full Time | Working Mode: Hybrid Job Purpose: As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a team of Precision Technology product and dealer business experts who are tasked with executing marketing strategies centered around end-to-end technology solutions. The collective team under the leadership of this role will identify regional market trends for future product development and use customer-centric practices to bring new products to market through iron platforms or aftermarket. This position will be focused on all CNH Ag brands. Responsibilities Define and support regional product marketing action plans to implement global directives. Act as a Precision Technology ambassador across all marketing channels. Serve as the central communication contact point, articulating current and future tech stack plans in relation to CNH brands and global/regional needs. Identify opportunities and coordinate activities for product knowledge dissemination (e.g., bulletins, training content, etc.). Identify regional trends from field experience, local trade shows and events, and competitive activities in automation and precision technology. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Product Specialists to ensure development projects meet customer needs. Validate and integrate customer feedback to support the definition of new product developments and improvements. Review product pricing positioning in collaboration with sales teams, central marketing, and pricing. Monitor sales KPIs and customer technology adoption rates. Experience Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision agriculture, ideally including marketing and/or commercialization of precision ag products. Strong knowledge and skills in marketing, business operations, and sales. Solid understanding of the agricultural machinery industry, dealer distribution structures, and customer segments. Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. Capability to work cross-functionally. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Team spirit, independence, organizational skills, flexibility, hands-on mentality, curiosity, and openness. Preferred Qualifications Degree in business administration or agricultural engineering with a focus on marketing, or equivalent fields of study.
