Mission of the Job: Ensure accurate classification and accessibility of documentation, supporting efficient information management. What will you learn with us? You will gain hands-on experience in document classification, archival standards, and digital tools, while developing organizational and analytical skills in a technical environment. ACCOUNTABILITIES: What do we need your help with? Support in indexing and classifying physical and digital documents. Assist in the migration and organization of project-related documentation. Collaborate in the control, review, and coordination of documentation generated by different teams. Participate in updating information in the document management tool, ensuring consistency and traceability. Help apply the standards and criteria for document description established by the department. Support in searching and retrieving files when required. Contribute to improving document management procedures and tools under the supervision of the documentalist. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: REQUIRED EDUCATION: Degree in Information and Documentation or equivalent qualification. OTHER ADDED VALUES: High level of English, both spoken and written. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge and use of SharePoint and similar platforms. Principles and techniques of indexing and document classification. Application of standards and norms for document description (ISAD(G), MARC 21, Dublin Core). Processes for migration, reorganization, and control of documentation. SOFT SKILLS: A proactive and organized individual, with strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and structured work approach. Teamwork and communication abilities. Willingness to learn in technical environments.
