The Role – Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure focus) We’re looking for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure experience to play a key role on this flagship project. You’ll: Oversee procurement, tendering, contract administration, subcontract management, and variations through to final account. Support the development of Work Scope documents and enabling packages in collaboration with the client procurement team. Drive value, minimise cost, and manage risk through rigorous cost analysis and control. Apply your commercial expertise to keep one of the UK’s largest green energy infrastructure projects on track. What We’re Looking For Proven background in infrastructure-focused projects of significant scale. Experience across both pre- and post-contract phases, ideally within Construction Management environments. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. A strategic thinker who can balance commercial awareness with project delivery priorities.
