As the Paid Social Director , you'll take the lead in shaping high-performing paid social strategies and guiding clients through the full campaign lifecycle from creative concept to measurable success. You'll be hands-on, strategic, and inspiring, a key voice in driving innovation across social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Act as a trusted advisor for clients, delivering insight-led strategies aligned to commercial goals. Partner with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to craft integrated performance solutions. Manage and mentor paid social specialists, setting clear standards for best practice. Drive forward creative excellence through experimentation and testing frameworks. Oversee client relationships, project financials, and identify new growth opportunities. Keep ahead of platform trends, innovation, and AI-driven creative evolution. The Candidate: 5 years' experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). Proven success driving measurable results for clients across multiple sectors. Strong understanding of GA4, attribution models, and data-led decision making. Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills. A passion for creative innovation, testing, and continuous improvement. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
