Job Description
Ecommerce Manager We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of online performance and lead the development of multiple ecommerce websites. This is a key role responsible for driving growth across several international markets, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a major website redevelopment project to improve scalability, functionality, and user experience. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, digitally fluent, and confident managing ecommerce operations across multiple territories. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong attention to detail, and have the ability to implement impactful changes that deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of multiple ecommerce websites, ensuring optimal performance, localisation, and customer experience. Lead a website redevelopment project from planning through to execution. Launch new Shopify storefronts as the business expands into additional European markets. Manage relationships with third-party platforms and service providers. Collaborate with agencies on PPC and SEO to drive traffic and conversions. Work with internal teams including Email, Social, and Affiliate Managers to support ecommerce growth. Monitor key ecommerce KPIs, using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities. Produce regular reporting on sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer behaviour. Implement CRO strategies, testing and iterating to improve conversion and customer journeys. Continuously enhance onsite experience, including navigation, speed, checkout, and mobile responsiveness. Ensure security and compliance across all ecommerce platforms. Support the development and growth of marketplaces in collaboration with the Ecommerce Executive. About You 5 years’ experience in ecommerce, with a strong focus on Shopify (ideally Shopify Plus). Experience managing international or multi-site ecommerce operations. Strong track record delivering CRO projects. Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, affiliate, email marketing, and analytics. Strong commercial focus with a clear understanding of consumer behaviour. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
