Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work with us at wonderful workplace site. This site provides breakfast, lunch and some evening meals. We feed 200-800people each day. Location: Uxbridge Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum depending on experience Working Pattern: 5 over 7, 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am to 3.30pm, 12pm to 8pm - predominantly Monday - Friday but there will be one weekend required per month Key Responsibilities: To prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team of 8 people Provide feedback and coaching on performance To ensure that the kitchen team have completed up to date COSSH and Food Hygiene training Our Ideal Candidate: Great with client relationships Passionate about providing innovative and creative fresh food each day Keen to lead and motivate a strong kitchen team What's in it for you?
